A Competent Person must be appointed to meet the legal requirements under the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005. A Competent Person must be suitably trained and qualified by knowledge and practical experience and provided with the necessary instructions to enable the required tasks to be carried out correctly.

Fees and Expenses Schedule
If the above price refers to the hourly rate you will be charged as follows:
Fire Safety Consultant £60/hr
Health & Safety Consultant £60/hr
SEMA Approved Racking Inspector = £75.00/h
Travel will be charged at £0.60 per mile (where applicable).
