FIRE EMERGENCY PLAN LEGAL REQUIREMENT

Fire Emergency Plan is a legal requirement under Art 15 of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, where the Responsible Person must establish and give effect to appropriate emergency procedures in the event of serious and imminent danger to others.
